    Reyes Growth Capital does not make credit decisions, issue loans, or guarantee approvals.

3. Relationship with Partners

Reyes Growth Capital operates as a marketing and referral platform, not as a direct provider of financial, legal, or brokerage services.
All loans, rental agreements, and transactions are executed directly between the user and the licensed professional or partner organization.

We may receive referral or marketing fees for facilitating introductions between users and third-party service providers. These fees do not affect the terms, pricing, or eligibility of the services offered to the user.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Understand that Reyes Growth Capital is not responsible for the actions, approvals, or decisions of third-party professionals or lenders.

While Reyes Growth Capital strives to connect users with qualified professionals and relevant opportunities, we do not guarantee approval for financing, property rentals, or any specific result.
Each user’s eligibility depends on their individual credit, financial profile, and the independent criteria of third-party partners.
